How much does an office cost?
Offices under 150 m² start from AED 2.85M (USD 776K). Larger offices and the shops are priced on request: leave a request and a PXP agent sends the price list.
What is the payment plan?
A 40/60 plan with no interest: 10% on booking, 10% a month later, 5% each in May 2027, October 2027, May 2028 and October 2028, and 60% on completion.
When is the handover?
Completion is planned for Q3 2029. The last 60% is paid on completion.
What does shell and core mean?
The office is handed over as a shell: the structure, the facade and the services up to the office’s connection points. Partitions, ceilings, floors, lighting and furniture are the buyer’s fit-out, to the developer’s guidelines.
Who can buy an office here?
City of Arabia is a freehold area, so buyers of any nationality, and companies, can own an office outright and use it or let it.
Are the pool, gym and padel courts included?
They are in the Plaza and are for its residents.
Does an office here qualify for the Golden Visa?
The UAE ties the 10-year Golden Visa to property worth AED 2 million or more. Ask a PXP agent whether the office you choose qualifies.
What does the buyer pay on top of the price?
